December Daily 2015 Day 20

Hi there, welcome to Day 20 in my December Daily album 2015! The day’s story was really when three of our kids decided together to play a game of Monopoly. The fourth one didn’t want to play with them and did not want to be included in the photo, but later on she joined them at the table just to hang out. I consider these moments some of the most important ones for them, and so this story is about that. Here is Day 20 as it originally was created for the Foundation pages:

I absolutely love everything about this layout. I did make a few changes to fit the story.

On the left hand side I added my photo, plus a round metal tag stamped with the December Memories sentiment from Ali Edwards’ stamp set.

I added the banner from the Main Kit on top of a label from Pretty Little Studio. The banners and flair on top of the photo are from Pretty Little Studio as well.

On the right side I decided to switch out the transparency from the Main Kit and replaced it with a transparency from Pretty Little Studio. I layered a Santa on top.

I honestly adore how I ended up cutting the 20 apart so it would fit in the pockets. I may repeat this technique more often in future Project Life and December Daily albums!

That star icon from the One Little Bird Kit is one of my favorite icons in the entire December Daily collections that were offered. I wanted to use that star as the backdrop/lines for my journaling, so I did just that and added a tiny banner plus a heart in the corner.

Here is a look at the layout outside of the album:

This project is amazing, and you are wonderful for following along and supporting me along the way. I hope you are also feeling the magic and the inspiration to go, do and create!

See you soon!
